Everyone's motivations for drinking less or quitting are unique, but it's time to change the old narrative. There are no rules for WHO should quit drinking and WHEN.


We've been conditioned to think that only someone with an “extreme” problem should have to make a change to their drinking habits. In this course, we'll explore why making a change without ever getting to that point can help you avoid lots of issues along the way.


Together we’re going to talk about how beneficial it can be to think about making changes long before we ever get to any extremes. We’ll talk about what rock bottom really is and isn’t, and we’ll figure out how to ask ourselves the right questions to decide whether a change could lead to a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life.


If you’re someone who also is not at rock bottom, let’s make sure you never get there!
